Solidarity and Resilience in Response to COVID-19

In this period of uncertainty and growing concern around the COVID-19 public health emergency, NWL NYC has decided to cancel our upcoming general meetings and events.

Working group, study, and committee meetings may continue via video or phone conference. NWL organizers will be in touch with working group or committee members directly to share meetings schedules and instructions to log on.

We stand in solidarity with those struggling to pay for rent, child care, and groceries while employers cut hours and send workers home without paid leave. We condemn the racist attacks against Asians and Asian-Americans who are being scapegoated at this time of uncertainty. We vow to continue the fight for universal health care, which would ensure lifesaving care and support for all affected by this pandemic.
