NWL Chapters at “Protect Roe” Rallies

On Tuesday, May 3, NWL chapters in New York City and Gainesville, Florida joined rallies to protest SCOTUS planning to overturn Roe v. Wade. The leak of this unjust ruling is in stark opposition to what the people want. The Supreme Court is an undemocratic institution that has no place deciding who does and does not have the right to bodily autonomy. When the Supreme Court ruled on Roe in 1973 they were not granting the right to an abortion out of the goodness of their hearts, they were pressured by a strong grassroots radical feminist movement that demanded the right to control over our own bodies. NWL will continue this decades long fight to demand what the people want- free abortion on demand without apology and without coercion. Sign our pledge now to #AidAndAbetAbortion always.
